My passion for helping others heal their relationship with anxiety isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal.
 
For years, I felt stuck. I had big dreams and deep potential, but anxiety kept me in survival mode. Fear, self-doubt, and unhealthy coping mechanisms held me back from fully engaging in my life. There were times I looked quite capable on the outside, but inside, I was overwhelmed and disconnected from who I really was.

 

I’ll never forget what it felt like to finally start healing — to realize that anxiety didn’t have to make every decision for me. That I could feel fear and other big emotions and yet still move forward. That I didn’t have to obsessively overthink every conversation, or avoid the things I deeply wanted because I didn’t feel “ready enough.” That shift changed everything. It was the beginning of learning to trust myself — and to show up for the life I actually wanted.

 

Today, I bring together the tools I discovered on my own journey and more than a decade of clinical experience as a licensed therapist to help anxious achievers move beyond overthinking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing — and toward a life that feels clear, grounded, and truly their own.
